IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion within the IT department

• Convert stakeholder objectives and business requirements into specific, actionable technical guidelines

• Define project scope and manage timelines effectively

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from initial scoping and requirement collection to execution and delivery

• Evaluate and test engineering code for quality, functionality, and compliance with technical standards prior to releases

• Identify potential risks, manage timelines, and eliminate obstacles to delivery

• Keep detailed documentation of project scope, requirements, and progress

• Provide status updates to leadership

• Supervise project delivery within the IT department and collaborate directly with the Software Engineer to ensure code quality, project scope, and delivery timelines are achieved

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related technical leadership position

• Proven ability to review and test code for quality and functionality

• Extensive experience in scoping technical projects and developing detailed requirements

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities

• Adaptability to work in a rapid, high-growth environment

• Must currently reside in the United States
