Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and tailored solutions for Digital Wealth clients.

• Oversee all stages of project execution within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through effective communication, proactive risk management, and high-quality delivery.

• Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

• Keep track of project status, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and updates to scope.

• Develop and diligently manage comprehensive project plans, tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Escalate and resolve issues while ensuring stakeholders remain informed.

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences.

• Conduct executive-level status meetings and provide weekly updates on project progress.

• Collaborate across the organization to align teams, eliminate obstacles, and ensure timely execution.

• Utilize standard tools, templates, processes, and best practices to guarantee delivery quality.

• Clearly delegate objectives and drive accountability for achieving results.

• Handle all client communications for the assigned projects.

• Foster strong team relationships through enthusiasm, adaptability, patience, and a positive mindset.

• Focus on high-value activities that align with project objectives and scope.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the finance or technology sector.

• Over 5 years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology context.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• More than 5 years of experience utilizing industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• 2–3 years of experience leading complex project teams, workstreams, or delivery initiatives.

• Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall.

• Proven ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to work under pressure while managing competing priorities.

• Familiarity with Jira, Tempo, and Confluence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and drive solutions in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

• Quick to adopt new concepts, business models, products, and technologies.

• Experience in the financial services industry.

• Background in wealth management, digital advisory platforms, or related financial services domains is highly preferred.

• PMP certification or PMI knowledge is preferred.
