Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate technical projects involving various engineering teams.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external partners.

• Oversee inter-team dependencies, risks, and escalations.

• Facilitate technical conversations, eliminate obstacles, and assist in overcoming delivery challenges.

• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist in production releases and large-scale product endeavors.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance delivery processes and foster cross-team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management within software development.

• Proven experience in managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficient in understanding and discussing software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.

• Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and independence.

• Ability to lead and influence without having direct authority.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to navigate complex scenarios and work effectively under pressure.

• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English.

• Desirable: experience with cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) platforms.

• Desirable: experience in payment processing or payment systems.

• Desirable: experience in retail technology.

• Desirable: experience in FinTech or enterprise commerce platforms.
