Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs and initiatives within the division from initial concept to market launch.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to surpass customer expectations.

• Manage a team of 15–20 engineers and facilitate the execution of intricate compute programs.

• Support cross-functional teams by providing subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of various projects and programs.

• Promote effective communication and ensure thorough documentation is maintained.

• Update senior internal stakeholders on program status, risks, opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics.

• Engage with key collaborators to share progress, assess and identify business risks, comprehend priorities, and suggest solutions.

• Implement best-practice guidelines to influence and enact changes.

• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers engineers to thrive and develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in program or project management within a cross-functional and technical team.

• Adequate technical background to lend credibility to technical teams and accurately assess risks and issues.

• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, manage risks, and adapt to evolving priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

• Action-oriented with robust analytical capabilities.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to motivate individuals at all levels of the organization without direct authority.

• Extensive experience managing Agile work processes.
