Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Define and implement key programs that have a significant organizational, business, and technical impact.

• Provide leadership across multiple functions, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management.

• Oversee communication between teams to achieve program objectives.

• Utilize data-informed and strategic technical judgment to guide decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to conceptualize, develop, and deliver Snowflake services and applications.

• Train and mentor the TPM and Engineering teams on best practices in program management.

• Identify areas for enhancing organizational execution.

• Boost engineering productivity through effective tools and streamlined processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in leading medium to large complex engineering projects utilizing current cloud technologies.

• Ability to excel and deliver results in a fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity or competing priorities.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, and other departments engaged in the product life cycle.

• Strong program management capabilities coupled with both technical and business insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

• Proficient in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Superior analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and organizational skills.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data analytics.
