Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle and the product development process for a variety of solutions.

• Manage intricate, multi-disciplinary programs from initial concept to market launch, including tracking schedules and investments.

• Propel cross-functional activities and deliverables to guarantee completion on time and within budget.

• Utilize technical expertise and initiative during collaborative team discussions.

• Employ clear written and verbal communication to build trust and enable coordinated execution.

• Relay program status and any changes in expectations to senior leadership using standardized reporting methods.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to team members across various functions.

• Spearhead projects and establish processes that facilitate performance measurement and enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Capability to inspire individuals at all levels of the organization without exercising direct authority.

• Strong skills in change management and transformation processes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience in managing cross-functional technical teams.
