📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, dependency management, and executive reporting for multiple simultaneous inference programs.

• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering leaders to synchronize library development with upcoming hardware schedules.

• Mentor teams on agile methodologies and facilitate the rituals that ensure programs remain on course.

• Develop and sustain metrics that highlight risks early and aid in data-driven decision-making.

• Clearly convey program status and technical context to both engineering teams and senior leadership.

• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams encompassing hardware, software, and product disciplines.

• Recognize process deficiencies and implement enhancements that boost delivery quality and team productivity.

• Facilitate intricate technical discussions and steer them toward clear, documented outcomes.

• Manage the entire program lifecycle from initial planning to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.

• A decade of experience leading global technical programs.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, hardware bring-up processes, and enterprise quality standards.

• Expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks and program tracking tools.

• Proven capability to resolve resource conflicts, unblock teams, and foster alignment at all organizational levels.

• Excellent communication skills that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

• Established experience in machine learning, deep learning, GPU technology, or AI infrastructure.

• Experience in delivering production AI software or co-managing software-hardware programs from inception to completion.

• A history of developing scalable program management practices within expanding engineering organizations.

• Familiarity with open-source inference frameworks or model optimization tools.
