Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the development and execution of specialized programming for the Technical Enablement Programs organization.

• Execute key technical enablement initiatives in collaboration with the technical enablement program managers team.

• Work alongside technical leadership, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, the CTO organization, and wider enablement teams.

• Convert intricate architectural modifications into practical technical requirements for New Product Introductions.

• Develop implementation playbooks, summaries of API documentation, troubleshooting trees, and technical checklists.

• Co-design onboarding processes, continual enablement, and strategic initiatives that yield measurable global impact.

• Foster operational alignment across technical roles while advocating best practices, efficiency, and consistency.

• Act as a bridge between technical leadership, implementation teams, content creators, AI tool developers, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee cross-functional projects, translating technical workflows into content requirements and lab scoping documents.

• Lead technical enablement workshops and design presentation materials.

• Assess, update, and phase out outdated guides and documentation.

• Evaluate enablement effectiveness through field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback.

• Cultivate relationships with field leaders, individual contributors, support teams, and enablement leadership as a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer interactions in a dynamic, high-tech B2B setting.

• Essential, proven advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines.

• Proficient communication skills to effectively engage with executives and individual contributors.

• Ability to consult, influence, and drive decision-making processes with senior leadership and executives.

• Strong initiative and ownership of projects.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Technical Enablement Teams, Operations, and Technical Leadership.

• Proven experience in supporting, enabling, or directly engaging with technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams.

• Solid understanding of how to translate technical product specifications and operational logic into materials suitable for field consumption.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
