Senior Finance Program Manager – EurAsia Central FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee OPC, SOGL, and working capital performance management.

• Take ownership of EurAsia IDD planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Provide financial analysis, business insights, and executive-level reporting.

• Identify risks and opportunities while recommending actions to leadership.

• Collaborate across various regions and functions to enhance financial and operational performance.

• Lead initiatives focused on inventory, cash flow, and accounts receivable performance.

• Foster finance capability-building, governance, and the sharing of best practices.

• Contribute to finance transformation, AI, automation, and strategic projects.

• Work alongside Regional and Country Finance teams, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Demand Planning functions.

• Promote AI-enabled methodologies within the Finance organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.

• Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Inventory, or Cost Management.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.

• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering.

• Experience in developing executive reporting and decision-support analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: MBA, Master's degree, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred: Background in finance transformation, automation, AI, or advanced analytics.

• Preferred: Expertise in Power BI and data visualization.

• Preferred: Experience working in a multinational matrix organization.

• Preferred: Experience in leading capability-building or organizational development initiatives.
