📋 Description

• Prioritize, fund, and drive AI/ML initiatives across various business lines.

• Collaborate with Business Line Product Management and Functional Owners to align strategic direction and ensure feasibility across multiple business lines.

• Co-develop cross-business-line use cases alongside Functional Owners, Electrification DT, and the HQ GenAI team.

• Oversee functional use case projects that span different business lines.

• Act as a liaison with the GEV AIML foundry team.

• Stay updated on rapidly evolving technology and engage with partners like Google and Amazon.

• Manage IT risks, including cybersecurity and platform risks for external products.

• Assist in defining strategic roadmaps for the GEV Electrification business.

• Manage risks and dependencies across organizations.

• Define and implement processes for coordination among various organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science or engineering.

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in computer science domains, including software development project management, risk management, and strategy.

• Proven leadership credentials.

• Ability to influence a highly matrixed organization with diverse levels of experience, competence, and buy-in.

• Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate teams that are geographically and culturally diverse.

• Ability to merge strategic thinking with a commitment to delivery and be hands-on when necessary.

• Experience in Agile project management, Lean, and Innovation methodologies (such as Design Thinking).

• Program Management expertise for complex multi-business projects.

• Financial acumen to manage business cases and assist Product Management and Marketing in defining business cases.

• A collaborative team player capable of working across different businesses and geographies.
