Senior Technical Content Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and construct advanced technical interview materials, which include intricate, multi-step coding challenges, debugging tasks, and realistic engineering scenarios at the highest difficulty level.

• Create and evaluate interview content across various programming languages, focusing on the most technically challenging problems escalated by fellow engineers.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance the efficiency of content creation while ensuring accuracy at increased complexity levels.

• Oversee peer reviews of interview content, offer technical insights, and establish quality standards for challenging materials.

• Identify and rectify issues with underperforming content by analyzing performance data, gathering interviewer feedback, and addressing Content Corrections requests.

• Collaborate with Content Architecture on intricate format choices and assist in elevating the technical standards for new content.

• Contribute to the development of standards, templates, and documentation, with an emphasis on calibrating difficulty levels.

• Note that this position is not a conventional software engineering role; it does not entail building or maintaining production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (after academics and internships), with proven involvement in complex systems or technically challenging problems.

• Solid foundations in software engineering, including debugging, testing, and code review, along with experience in providing technical feedback to peers.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience collaborating remotely within global, distributed teams, with availability during U.S. hours.

• Schedule should overlap with U.S. business hours.

• Candidates must be based in Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore); applications from other Indian cities will not be considered.
