Senior Technical Content Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain dashboards, metrics, and automated monitoring systems to assess content health and performance.

• Take ownership of measuring and monitoring content quality, which includes score distributions, content equivalence, indicators of cheating, and score clustering.

• Utilize AI solutions and agentic automation to enhance the scalability of content quality monitoring, investigation, and improvement efforts.

• Formulate hypotheses, conduct root-cause analyses, and validate solutions through data-driven methodologies.

• Manage the feedback loop with Content Development and Architect teams.

• Track business and content performance metrics and raise any concerning trends to leadership.

• Act as the subject matter expert on content quality, conveying trends, risks, recommendations, and performance updates to Content leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Apply analytics to ensure fair, reliable, and consistent outcomes in technical interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with a proven track record of owning business outcomes.

• Professional experience with modern AI tools (such as Claude, GPT, etc.) for intricate data analysis and AI-Agent based automation workflows.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, data-driven strategies.

• Extensive expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis.

• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase).

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Native-level proficiency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

• Must reside in Mexico City.

• Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
