This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, construct, and sustain interactive dashboards and automated reports utilizing Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Track essential business KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders
• Convert intricate datasets into concise, actionable insights and visual representations
• Guarantee that dashboards and reports are precise, dependable, and user-friendly
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities
• Calculate and project run rates, margins, ROI, and other performance metrics
• Interpret business inquiries into analytical methodologies and specific recommendations
• Clearly present findings to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests
• Assess statistical significance and assist teams in correctly interpreting experimental results
• Establish data requirements and measure the effects of business initiatives alongside Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments
• Validate and cleanse data to reduce discrepancies and uphold high-quality reporting
• Detect data gaps or inconsistencies and suggest enhancements to data collection and reporting processes
• Leverage AI-driven analytics tools to expedite analysis and highlight insights, anomalies, and recommendations
• Investigate and construct or configure automated analytical workflows, AI-powered tools, agents, notebooks, or insight-generation processes
• 2–3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst role, or a similar analytical position
• Strong practical experience with SQL-based data warehouses, especially Google BigQuery
• Advanced SQL proficiency (BigQuery/PostgreSQL)
• Strong skills in Python, particularly with Pandas and NumPy
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Expert-level skills in Google Sheets; knowledge of Apps Script is a plus
• Solid understanding of business and financial metrics, including ROI and Gross Margin
• Experience in forecasting and performance assessment
• Good grasp of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design
• Ability to convey complex analytical insights into straightforward recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proactive attitude and capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Available to work within a European time zone
• Must reside outside of Russia and Belarus
• Experience in building or configuring AI-driven analytical tools or agents
• Experience with custom prompts, AI-based notebooks, or automated insight-generation workflows
• Experience in designing, training, or fine-tuning AI tools for data analysis rather than merely utilizing off-the-shelf AI assistants
• Background in a startup, marketplace, TravelTech, or other data-centric digital businesses
