Human Capital Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports.

• Effectively convey intricate analytical findings to senior leadership through clear visual materials, succinct written analysis, and actionable suggestions.

• Execute benchmarking studies that align with industry standards.

• Assist with federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization initiatives.

• Compile analytical reports and deliver findings to senior leadership.

• Offer data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics support for prospective federal government contract opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.

• Proven experience in creating data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports utilizing standard business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation tools.

• Proven capability to articulate complex analytical findings to senior leadership through clear visual materials, succinct written analyses, and actionable recommendations.

• Experience in conducting benchmarking studies and formulating actionable recommendations based on industry standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.

• Proven experience in supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of comparable size and complexity.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or other Government-approved equivalent tools.

• Must be able to obtain and sustain the necessary government security clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
