This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as a power user of the Anomali Platform, assisting customers in maximizing their success with the technology.
• Take ownership of the customer adoption lifecycle, guiding them from onboarding to full production maturity.
• Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with stakeholders at the analyst, director, and CISO levels.
• Convert technical usage insights into business value and security outcomes.
• Detect signals of expansion and renewal risk based on usage data and relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate risk signals to Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Account Executive (AE) partners.
• Address technical requests from customers and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and expertise to promote successful usage and adoption.
• Manage customer expectations while ensuring accountability.
• Serve as the customer's advocate and an internal champion.
• Foster customer advocacy.
• Monitor key account metrics and report progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Work with Technical Support to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
• Partner with Engineering to address customer-reported problems.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Work with Product Management to advocate for customer feature requests.
• Oversee product usage, develop custom dashboards, recommend best practices, demonstrate ROI and value, and establish reference accounts.
• Offer feedback and insights to internal technical teams regarding emerging needs, continuous improvements, and new opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; 3 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Proven experience in presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at the Director, VP, and CISO levels.
• Experience in conducting QBRs and EBRs that link technical adoption to business results.
• A customer-first, customer-focused mindset.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and architectures, including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls and logs.
• Extensive experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence.
• Proficiency with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Strong grasp of general networking concepts.
• Proficient in various operating systems and relevant log telemetry, such as network and identity telemetry.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects as both a lead and a team player.
• Capability to influence senior executives.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
