This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee all facets of enterprise customer engagement and enablement, which includes project delivery, addressing support issues and escalations, conducting regular check-ins, steering intelligence and business reviews, managing ad-hoc intelligence requests, and developing workflows.
• Strategically plan and oversee the customer success lifecycle, customizing engagements and projects to meet specific client security needs.
• Execute projects and initiatives focused on intelligence priorities, configuration, optimization, and training.
• Create, lead, and coordinate additional Advisory and Professional Services engagements.
• Formulate strategic success plans that enhance maturity across Information Security program elements by embedding intelligence into daily operations and processes.
• Establish, monitor, and convey Recorded Future’s value proposition from end users to the executive level.
• Serve as the customer advocate for the Product team.
• Manage administrative tasks in Zendesk, Gainsight, and JIRA, including updates on successes, outcomes, client feedback, and technical strategies for at-risk accounts and urgent issues.
• Utilize data and technology to drive results and enhance decision-making.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical or consulting capacity (intelligence, military, cyber, business operations, etc.) or within Information Security, engaging with enterprise clients and/or high-level decision makers.
• Advanced proficiency in Recorded Future modules and their applications.
• Proven expertise in delivering Advisory Services engagements, including PIR, Threat Modeling/Profiling, Advanced Workflow and Enablement projects, and Threat Briefings.
• A BA/BS degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, in a strategic manner.
• A seasoned professional with comprehensive knowledge in their area of expertise, capable of mentoring others.
• A strong commitment to overall customer success and ongoing process enhancement.
• Ability to tackle problems of varying complexity that require in-depth analysis and evaluation of various factors.
• Sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Capacity to network with senior colleagues within their field of expertise.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
