Senior Tech Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide the team as an Agile champion and promote ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Address conflicts and obstacles while coaching the team on effective management strategies.

• Keep stakeholders informed about the team's progress and the status of deliverables through transparent communication.

• Generate precise reports customized for various audiences.

• Prioritize development and QA tickets according to business and customer needs, leveraging prior technical and coding expertise.

• Oversee and manage the product backlog, story creation, project timeline, and dependencies.

• Convert product features into specifications, features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and business stakeholders on release timelines, dates, and scope.

• Ensure that the team meets delivery commitments according to the established plan.

• Shape the product vision and break it down into manageable deliverables.

• Assist in recognizing market opportunities.

• Plan and implement the comprehensive product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in supporting Agile development teams within enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated management capabilities in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog oversight.

• Background in software engineering with the ability to communicate effectively using technical terminology.

• Capacity to analyze product use cases and requirements throughout the architecture, development, testing, and deployment stages of the SDLC.

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams.

• Familiarity with international projects and managing remote teams across various locations.

• Strong communication skills.
