Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement sourcing strategies tailored for specialized and critical positions.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to address both current and future recruitment requirements.

• Discover and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

• Perform market mapping and supply talent intelligence regarding candidate availability, competitor activities, and emerging skill sets.

• Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to grasp hiring priorities and talent requirements.

• Oversee complex and niche searches, particularly for roles in manufacturing, battery sectors, and Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS) environments.

• Ensure accurate tracking of candidate activities and pipelines using CRM and ATS systems.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial outreach to the recruiter handoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, energy, or technical sectors.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for challenging roles.

• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms is essential.

• Strong skills in research, market mapping, Boolean search techniques, social sourcing, and networking.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and adept at working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work during EST hours.

• Experience in sourcing talent within the battery ecosystem, covering areas such as battery manufacturing, energy storage, or related technologies.

• Knowledge or experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS) is a plus.

• Background in sourcing talent from the automotive, advanced manufacturing, energy, or related industries.
