
Senior Talent Sourcer – Clinical & Data Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create talent maps spanning clinical, scientific, statistical, and data science fields.
• Discover candidates through various sources such as publications, conference agendas, abstracts, presentations, research initiatives, technical communities, and professional networks.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, ORCID, Google Scholar, GitHub, Kaggle, arXiv, and Hugging Face.
• Formulate Boolean, web search, and research techniques to locate elusive talent.
• Employ AI-driven tools to expedite research, pinpoint potential candidates, organize talent pools, and enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Design focused sourcing campaigns to attract passive candidates.
• Craft personalized outreach strategies based on candidates’ research, publications, presentations, technical skills, and career aspirations.
• Establish enduring relationships and cultivate passive talent communities.
• Produce recruiting materials, manage event follow-ups, implement social media campaigns, and other initiatives aimed at attracting talent.
• Represent the organization at scientific, healthcare, and technical conferences as well as networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insight into talent needs and search strategies.
• Track sourcing and recruiting metrics such as qualified candidates, response rates, conversion rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, and hiring results.
• Assess sourcing channels and campaigns to enhance pipeline quality and recruiting efficiency.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• A minimum of five (5+) years of progressive experience in specialized, technical, scientific, healthcare, or talent sourcing/recruiting.
• Proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, web sourcing, and talent research.
• Experience in sourcing physicians, scientists, PhDs, data scientists, statisticians, or other highly specialized professionals.
• Familiarity with data science areas, including data science, biostatistics, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics.
• Experience in developing proactive recruiting initiatives and engaging with passive candidates.
• Practical experience utilizing AI/LLM tools or AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, regulatory affairs, or government recruiting.
• Preferred: Experience sourcing data scientists, statisticians, AI/ML experts, informaticists, or clinical research talent.
• Preferred: Knowledge of scientific research platforms, professional societies, academic networks, or technical/open-source communities.
• Preferred: Experience in building talent communities and representing an organization at professional conferences.
