Senior Talent & Organization Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain career architecture frameworks across various functions and roles.

• Establish job levels, required skills, competencies, experience, and performance expectations necessary for advancement.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and execute development programs that align with the career architecture.

• Assist employees in building the necessary skills, capabilities, and experiences for career progression.

• Develop training and resources for managers focusing on performance management, coaching and feedback, effective one-on-ones, and goal and KPI management.

• Create targeted training initiatives, stretch assignments, mentoring opportunities, job exposure, and structured development plans.

• Support talent reviews, including the identification of high potentials, talent assessments, and succession planning.

• Work with HR and leadership to identify organizational talent shortages and create development initiatives.

• Aid in the design and implementation of employee recognition programs.

• Establish success metrics for talent and development initiatives, assess impact using data, continuously refine programs, and demonstrate their effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Proven success in designing and executing Talent or Organization Development initiatives that yielded measurable outcomes for the business or employees.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in implementing talent programs, such as career architecture, talent reviews, succession planning, high potential development, leadership development, or manager development.

• Established ability to take programs from concept to execution, managing multiple initiatives while achieving defined timelines and results.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence, with a proven ability to secure buy-in and drive action among managers and senior leaders.

• A history of utilizing data and measurable outcomes to assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and enhance results.

• Proven ownership and proactive approach, with the ability to independently identify needs, develop solutions, and drive initiatives to completion.
