Senior Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios

• Assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients

• Collaborate with internal teams on company strategy and the expansion of the talent roster

• Support creators in increasing their audiences and monetizing their content

• Operate independently in a vibrant, fast-paced remote setting

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and manage your own initiatives

• Willingness to put in the effort to achieve objectives

• Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous
