This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate and ambiguous Talent Intelligence projects from the initial phase to executive delivery.
• Assess the suitable research methodology, data sources, analysis techniques, and deliverables for each business inquiry.
• Develop external market intelligence encompassing talent and skills markets, competitive and organizational insights, leadership profiles, location strategy, and workforce trends.
• Utilize advanced intelligence tools and various external resources to spot market patterns, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform competitive and organizational research on how firms construct, organize, scale, and enhance teams and capabilities.
• Convert quantitative and qualitative research findings into implications, options, and recommendations.
• Compile findings into executive-ready narratives, briefings, and visual representations.
• Deliver presentations directly to VPs and senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to executives, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Discover new use cases, methodologies, data sources, tools, and offerings for the Talent Intelligence function.
• Guide and elevate the performance of the broader team.
• 8+ years of experience in talent intelligence, market research, management consulting, or a senior recruitment strategy position.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex and ambiguous projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI, advanced intelligence platforms, and various external sources.
• Capability to identify market patterns, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities.
• Skill in distilling complex research into overarching themes and narratives suitable for C-suite and executive audiences.
• High standards for data integrity and comfort in navigating large, diverse datasets.
• Ability to deliver objective, high-quality research addressing complex organizational challenges.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, managing upward, and negotiating project scope without formal authority.
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior analysts.
