Intelligence Analyst/Review Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ RelativityOne and Evidence.com to redact, organize, categorize, and assess substantial quantities of documents, video, and audio.

• Deliver professional legal support services to a government agency in relation to criminal prosecutions, civil litigation, administrative matters, tort claims, constitutional litigation, injunction-related issues, and various other legal proceedings.

• Assist attorneys in reviewing, organizing, categorizing, redacting, and preparing information for production.

• Analyze video, audio, images, documents, and electronic data, including body-worn camera and surveillance footage, mobile device extractions, reports, memoranda, emails, records, spreadsheets, and photographs.

• Detect potentially privileged, sensitive, protected, law enforcement-sensitive, privacy-protected, or otherwise restricted information.

• Implement redactions as instructed by attorneys and authorized government personnel.

• Maintain tracking records, review logs, privilege logs, redaction logs, production logs, quality control records, and status reports.

• Ensure timely production of responsive materials in accordance with court orders, litigation schedules, discovery deadlines, FOIA-related litigation requirements, and other relevant obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in document review using Relativity Server and/or RelativityOne.

• Familiarity with reviews conducted in Evidence.com.

• Federal experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background as a contract attorney or relevant legal experience.

• Capability to work remotely and adhere to stringent review deadlines.

• Ability to meet the security prerequisites for federal security clearance.

• Must be a citizen of the United States.
