This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and stakeholders to identify hiring requirements and candidate attraction challenges across two or three accounts.

• Assist in developing straightforward and effective recruitment marketing strategies that align with immediate hiring priorities.

• Support the creation of content, campaigns, and communications across various platforms, including social media, email, talent communities, job advertising, and hiring events.

• Ensure that candidate-facing messages are clear, engaging, and consistent with the employer brand.

• Coordinate activities, keep stakeholders informed, and facilitate project progression with assistance from the broader team.

• Evaluate campaign or attraction initiatives to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide support to the Talent Attraction Media team during a 4–5 month maternity cover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships, asking insightful questions, and providing updates.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A keen interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate attraction, or innovative sourcing ideas.

• Some knowledge of how to engage candidates and differentiate opportunities.

• A proactive, inquisitive, and collaborative mindset.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, communications, or client/stakeholder support is advantageous, though comprehensive recruitment marketing experience is not mandatory.

• Ability to work during NAM account hours.
