Senior Talent Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine talent data derived from HRIS platforms, talent assessments, performance management systems, engagement surveys, and exit information to produce actionable trends and insights.

• Collaborate with the People Analytics team to create and sustain talent dashboards, scorecards, and reporting structures.

• Evaluate and track the effectiveness of talent initiatives through continuous measurement and assessment.

• Detect patterns and trends concerning attrition, engagement, performance, succession readiness, and workforce demographics.

• Deliver talent analytics insights and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

• Utilize HR technology platforms, talent analytics tools, and HR information systems to facilitate project execution and improve data integrity and accessibility.

• Contribute to HR COE Talent Management workstreams.

• Formulate and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for talent management initiatives.

• Recognize project risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and devise mitigation strategies.

• Preserve program documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures.

• Monitor and report on program outcomes, budget utilization, and return on investment.

• Propel continuous improvement by utilizing stakeholder feedback, industry best practices, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 9 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, people analytics, or a related human-capital field.

• An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including the organization, combination, and analysis of complex workforce data.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization tools.

• Capability to transform data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.

• Strong critical and systems thinking abilities; adept at connecting information across workstreams and extracting insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with various partners and levels, including analytics, HR, program teams, and senior leaders.

• Solid project management capabilities; skilled at organizing tasks, balancing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines with high-quality work.

• Analytical and systems-thinking orientation with the ability to convert insights into tools and actions.

• US Citizenship is required.
