Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition recruiters to grasp the details of assigned requisitions, needed qualifications, target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.

• Oversee sourcing and initial screening activities for roughly 10+ requisitions simultaneously, adapting priorities as business requirements evolve.

• Create and implement customized sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, professional networks, internal databases, social media, web research, referrals, talent communities, and other pertinent channels.

• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Perform comprehensive initial screenings to evaluate experience, technical and functional qualifications, career interests, compensation expectations, work authorization, location preferences, availability, and overall fit for the opportunity.

• Provide recruiters with thoroughly screened qualified candidates, accompanied by clear, accurate, and concise screening notes.

• Maintain regular communication with recruiters regarding pipeline status, candidate feedback, market conditions, sourcing challenges, and suggested adjustments.

• Build and sustain reusable talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate activities, dispositions, notes, and pipeline data in Workday and other authorized recruiting tools.

• Deliver a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, sourcing campaigns, talent-mapping efforts, process enhancements, and other assigned priorities.

• Meet or surpass SLA targets and pipeline generation expectations.

• Consistently deliver high-quality hires, maintain data accuracy, and enhance Entegris’ reputation as an employer of choice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates within a corporate agency, or recruitment process outsourcing setting.

• Strong capability to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social media platforms, web research, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Experience in conducting structured candidate screenings and assessing qualifications against defined job criteria.

• Ability to manage over 10 concurrent requisitions, balance competing priorities, and consistently achieve established deadlines and service expectations.

• Strong partnership skills and a service-oriented mindset in supporting Talent Acquisition recruiters.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities, including summarizing candidate qualifications clearly and objectively.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; experience with Workday is preferred.

• Comfortable using recruiting data and metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and modify strategies accordingly.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to accurate documentation and adherence to processes.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining responsive to recruiter and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

• Experience sourcing for roles in manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized fields is preferred.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries is a plus.
