Senior Systems Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, clarify, and document both business and technical requirements for Oracle Cloud integrations and associated system interfaces.

• Convert business needs into precise functional specifications and accompanying documentation for technical teams.

• Oversee integration testing activities, which includes test preparation, execution support, defect tracking, and follow-up on resolutions.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) by managing sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking stakeholder approvals.

• Ensure the accuracy of documentation for integrations, encompassing requirements, test outcomes, issue logs, and approval records.

• Collaborate with functional SMEs, developers, and project team members to verify solution readiness and identify any blockers or risks within designated workstreams.

• Track integration progress and relay status updates, dependencies, and issues to pertinent stakeholders.

• Offer suggestions to enhance integration documentation, testing, and support processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in systems integration, business analysis, or a related IT position.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications for system integrations.

• Practical experience in supporting integration testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and integration concepts such as APIs, data mapping, and interface testing.

• Capability to independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules like HCM, Finance, or Procurement.

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or similar integration tools.

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.

• Proficiency in working with Jira, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, or related integration technologies.
