Senior Systems Engineer, Wintel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and maintenance for Windows Server Infrastructure, File/Print Services, Active Directory Services, Office 365 (including Exchange Online), VMware ESXi, SCCM, physical servers, storage, and various other systems.

• Install, repair, patch, and uphold existing technologies.

• Adhere to NRI methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures, including the Business Management System and Service Management Methodology.

• Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Maintain documentation in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Support on-premise and public cloud-based projects.

• Facilitate or engage in technology interactions with clients and third parties.

• Produce infrastructure reporting.

• Escalate issues that can't be resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and communicate with clients effectively.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Wintel/Cloud Engineer in a managed service setting or large government agency.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.

• Strong foundation in Active Directory, GPO, Certificates, Azure, M365, Citrix, and VMware.

• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.

• Azure experience encompassing resource management, networking, security, governance, billing, cost management, and optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security, and compliance.

• Citrix experience with DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and user profile management.

• VMware experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and virtualization best practices.

• Experience in automation, scripting, and coding.

• Understanding of security best practices and data protection principles.

• Experience with user and security administration in an Entra and M365 environment.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
