Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support systems-related services and solutions for consulting clients.

• Foster customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and create specifications and requirements for optimal solutions.

• Provide consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s client base.

• Lead and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely execution of project scope.

• Research new products for selection and enhance configuration standards and best practices.

• Educate team members on products and services to improve the sales process.

• Offer senior-level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks.

• Review customer networks for potential issues and enhancement opportunities.

• Promote a positive team atmosphere across regional and virtual practices.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for estimating and scoping related projects.

• Stay updated on new products and solutions through professional resource networks.

• Achieve the annual billable hour target set by HBS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical-related field.

• Proficient in designing and architecting Microsoft Azure solutions, including Azure AD, Intune, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.

• Bachelor's Degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent professional experience.

• Holds at least one of the following certifications: CCNP, MCA, CCA-V, or VCP.

• Experience in designing and architecting systems-based solutions.

• Proficient in installing and supporting Microsoft enterprise products.
