Senior Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing online surveys while ensuring the necessary quality and productivity standards are met.

• Programming and validating survey logic utilizing Decipher, HTML, and JavaScript.

• Conducting quality assurance for online surveys.

• Complying with project capabilities and fulfilling client timing expectations.

• Collaborating with internal teams to grasp project requirements.

• Engaging in client meetings to clarify needs.

• Actively suggesting alternative solutions to design challenges or system constraints.

• Acting as a resource of information and delivering consistent internal and external support.

• Keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in projects.

• Contributing to internal projects and initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Decipher or a comparable survey programming tool (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport in a team environment and establish strong credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with other associates.

• Capability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Possess the patience and expertise to troubleshoot issues or challenges.

• Experience in marketing research and project management is a plus.
