This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders from Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to establish a long-term strategy.
• Assess potential new business opportunities.
• Convert high-impact concepts into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives.
• Outline a roadmap to achieve a 5x growth in the business over the next three years.
• Research, define, and pilot new service launches or business lines.
• Analyze patient and payor lifetime values to enhance unit economics.
• Frame ambiguous business issues and influence executive stakeholders.
• Construct financial models and analyze data effectively.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Develop scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Facilitate alignment and navigate difficult or ambiguous business decisions.
• Contribute to shaping the future growth of Rula’s psychiatry business and increasing access to psychiatric care.
• Over 7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, corporate strategy, or similar roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Proven experience in building intricate financial models, utilizing advanced formulas, and analyzing large datasets.
• Capability to translate strategic goals into scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in synthesizing complex topics and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders, facilitating alignment, and navigating challenging or ambiguous business decisions.
• Ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Must reside in the United States; Rula is not currently hiring in Hawaii.
• Preferred: experience in a high-growth technology company, with a focus on healthcare or digital health.
• Preferred: familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker and a working knowledge of SQL.
• Preferred: experience leading annual, strategic, or company-wide operational planning processes.
• Preferred: experience in launching and scaling new products, services, business lines, or other 0→1 initiatives.
• Preferred: experience evaluating M&A, partnerships, adjacent markets, or corporate development opportunities.
