Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deal Desk

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to investigate and implement AI tools aimed at enhancing Deal Desk workflows.

• Enable the automation of internal tools through functional testing, bug fixing, and oversight of system results.

• Diagnose issues, keep documentation up to date, and carry out roadmap initiatives to support deal modeling.

• Assist in managing Renewals Reporting and collect insights on pricing and discount strategies.

• Aid in the operational execution of the Global Discount Catalog strategy program.

• Work with Product and Finance teams to enhance cost data management and ensure daily cost data accuracy.

• Integrate specialized deal modeling, such as resell financial models, into the workflows of the Deal Desk.

• Maintain dashboards that monitor deal velocity, identify bottleneck stages, and track discount trends by sales segment.

• Develop and revise enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for Global Sales Teams.

• Collaborate with SFDC and CPQ teams to monitor enhancements, system updates, and the integration of configurations and new products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree along with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or analytical GTM/Deal Desk positions.

• If a degree is not held, a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience is required.

• Proven analytical and financial capabilities.

• Solid grasp of essential financial principles and the ability to articulate financial trade-offs effectively.

• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets functionalities.

• Experience in constructing intermediate financial models, logical formulas, and conducting scenario analyses.

• Familiarity with and/or experience using Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.

• Background in supporting sales and deal desk operations.

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States, with the exception of CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, and WA for hiring purposes.
