Commercial Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination among sourcing, sales, and logistics departments.

• Organize structured meeting notes, monitor deadlines, send follow-ups, and manage action items.

• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and seamless delivery processes.

• Prepare regular offer lists, which include price calculations, availability coordination, finalization, and communication.

• Manage and monitor customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities within the system for efficient follow-ups and precise reporting.

• Handle second-level email correspondence with clients and internal teams.

• Offer sales insights and feedback to aid in strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business coordination, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or the lifestyle industry.

• Excellent email communication and writing abilities.

• Strong proficiency in English communication.

• Outstanding organizational and planning skills.

• Capability to coordinate effectively across various departments and with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.

• Knowledge or interest in specialty coffee is a plus.

• Innovative thinking and a persistent curiosity are advantageous.

• Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, or B2B sales is an added benefit.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or any sales management software is beneficial.
