Senior Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create strategies for branding and campaigns

• Align client goals with creative deliverables

• Lead consulting initiatives and foster client relationships

• Manage schedules and workloads among various strategists and analysts

• Review team outputs and provide guidance, collaborating with analysts

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders for assigned accounts

• Own the strategic vision for key client accounts

• Proven experience in managing and overseeing Associates or Junior Strategists on projects

• Strong capabilities in developing insights, frameworks, and creative ideas

• Expertise across various channels including social, brand, digital, performance, and business

• Clear, structured, and confident communication abilities

• In-depth knowledge of popular culture

• Experience in pitching

• Proficient communication skills with a proactive attitude

• High levels of resilience, teamwork, and prioritization abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English
