Senior Strategy & Business Development Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Strategically oversee supply chain initiatives linked to key accounts.

• Propel strategy by identifying opportunities, engaging essential stakeholders, assessing impacts, formulating recommendations, and securing support from senior leadership.

• Manage alignment and strategy for rebates, formulary management, pharmacy network operations, value-based solutions, and associated initiatives.

• Lead the assessment, development, and implementation of supply chain drivers.

• Collaborate across functions to educate, influence, and operationalize initiatives that support growth goals.

• Monitor the financial performance of supply chain initiatives, performance guarantees, and adherence to contracts.

• Formulate and execute strategies that deliver additional aligned value.

• Address issues and produce results among potentially conflicting parties.

• Direct and influence stakeholders towards achieving deliverables under tight timelines and considerable pressure.

• Perform complex analyses from issue identification to solution proposals.

• Evaluate how supply chain decisions create value and their overall impact.

• Analyze data and initiate actions to generate additional value.

• Foster enablement and efficiencies across teams.

• Assist account teams in nurturing positive client relationships.

• Conduct project management as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare and PBM with a thorough understanding of supply chain.

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and achieve results among potentially conflicting groups.

• Strong business, financial, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Executive presence.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated history of successful business and program operations.

• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and negotiation expertise.

• Capacity to manage complex analyses from issue recognition to the proposal of viable solutions.

• Proven ability to assess financial data and drive actions to generate additional value.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service, with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed when working from home.
