
Senior Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the full commercialization process for new products and features, starting from the PRD hand-off to market launch and ongoing success evaluation.
• Oversee each launch initiative and coordinate with all cross-functional partners.
• Act as a key collaborator with the executive team regarding commercial readiness, pricing strategies, and launch performance.
• Transform complex market and product data into actionable insights for executives.
• Enhance the commercialization framework to support Product and Engineering teams effectively.
• Reassess systems and eliminate obstacles while empowering the field for successful outcomes.
• Establish success metrics for commercialization, including adoption rates, ARR contributions, and customer feedback.
• Implement tracking across various systems.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to improve commercial operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders on strategic acquisition assessments.
• Analyze target go-to-market strategies and synergy assumptions.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration, ensuring alignment among Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for brand and platform unification.
• Occasionally fulfill responsibilities outside of standard working hours due to collaboration with teams across different time zones.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization within SaaS companies.
• Preferably possess experience in organizations within the data or security sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and visual communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence a variety of personalities and present effectively to C-level executives.
• Demonstrated experience in bridging functions to successfully bring products to go-to-market organizations.
• Knowledge of products, pricing structures, and functionalities relevant to the IT and Security data sectors.
• Self-driven with strong multitasking skills.
• Proficient in program management.
• Capable of organizing and managing multiple company-wide projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and macro-environment changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and align on common goals.
• Experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups and/or early public B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of utilizing AI/agents to fundamentally enhance processes and workflows.
• MBA or a relevant professional business degree is preferred.
