Maintenance & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily maintenance and laundry operations

• Organize scheduling, field personnel, drivers, and service resources

• Assess employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Ensure that completed services are accurately documented and invoiced

• Supervise laundry operations, turnaround times, and delivery schedules

• Analyze operational reports and address delays, discrepancies, and customer concerns

• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues

• Assist in enhancing Odoo/CRM systems, developing workflows, and conducting system tests

• Generate weekly management reports and suggest operational enhancements

• Direct daily operations of the maintenance and laundry service departments

• Oversee remote administrative staff while coordinating with technicians, drivers, and laundry staff

• Ensure services are scheduled, executed, documented, and invoiced promptly and accurately

• Evaluate team performance and resolve operational challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or comparable operations

• Background in supervising remote and field-based teams

• Proficient in Odoo/CRM or ERP systems

• Experience with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs

• Strong skills in organization, analysis, communication, and problem-solving

• Capacity to work autonomously and take responsibility for operational outcomes

• Applicants must submit a video lasting between 2 to 3 minutes, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes

• Applicants should respond to all video questions in the specified sequence

• The camera must be on, ensuring the applicant is clearly visible

• Audio quality must be clear

• Applicants should record from their usual work environment whenever possible
