Operations Project Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from their approval stage to implementation, monitoring product and project scope, timelines, financial commitments, modifications, risks, and lessons learned.

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, websites, and approved project records current using project management tools.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that deliverables are achieved according to budgetary and scheduling goals through meetings, escalations, and presentations.

• Eliminate project obstacles in partnership with departments and decision-makers.

• Provide reports and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and corporate management.

• Enhance processes by assessing workflows, processes across interfacing departments, and standard project documentation.

• Foster a communication strategy among project team members and external partners.

• Evaluate complex situations, pinpoint challenges, and suggest effective project management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, and CPM.

• Experience in managing projects within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Prior experience overseeing new product development and post-registration projects.

• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies (PDCA, etc.) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English is a bonus.
