Senior Strategic Programs & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Optro’s Must-Win Battles, ensuring designated owners, measurable objectives, and established baselines.

• Hold Must-Win Battle leaders accountable for the quality of outcomes and convert executive decisions into actionable workstreams.

• Identify stalled initiatives, assess the strategic costs associated with delays, and suggest reallocations of executive resources.

• Anticipate strategic risks and negotiate trade-offs between go-to-market strategies and Product objectives.

• Communicate the strategic direction clearly across Optro.

• Spearhead cross-functional transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing go-to-market scalability and expanding the GRC platform.

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to peers and executives across various functions.

• Design and oversee the annual planning process, quarterly reprioritization, and monthly business deep-dives.

• Collaborate with AI, Enterprise, and Operations teams to automate KPI tracking and enhance operational reporting.

• Assess the operating model and implement structural or process modifications to boost organizational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-9+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, Corporate Strategy, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Experience in portfolio ownership, including leading company-wide strategic initiatives and advising on executive resource reallocations.

• Operations experience that includes managing monthly and quarterly business reviews, board presentations, and annual planning processes.

• Strong quantitative skills to develop complex models, coupled with exceptional synthesis abilities to distill chaotic executive discussions into clear decisions.

• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority through demonstrated credibility and reliability.

• Proven fluency in AI, having developed AI-enabled workflows that eliminated manual tasks.

• Familiarity with GRC, audit, risk, compliance, ERP, or financial reporting software is a plus.
