Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation experiences at new M7 Health customer locations.

• Manage relationships with facility leaders and coordinate activation initiatives.

• Handle the complete go-live process, ensuring that activities are planned, assigned, and executed successfully.

• Comprehend hospital staffing workflows, including operations specific to each unit.

• Ensure all units and personnel are accurately represented in the M7 platform.

• Provide training for unit leadership and key stakeholders on the M7 platform.

• Foster successful platform adoption during the initial month post go-live.

• Sustain relationships with facility leaders and nurse managers.

• Monitor platform engagement and proactively tackle any adoption challenges.

• Analyze customer feedback and highlight product enhancement trends to the product team.

• Enhance playbooks, share insights, and assist teammates in achieving product expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to oversee activations from start to finish.

• Capacity to collaborate with hospital leadership, numerous staff members, and internal team members over extended periods.

• Proficiency in independently planning and executing projects.

• Ability to comprehend nursing-unit staffing workflows and configure the M7 platform accordingly.

• Competence in training unit leadership and key stakeholders on the M7 platform.

• Clear and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Skill in identifying risks and simplifying complex operational situations into straightforward updates.

• Capability to educate individuals on new technology and cultivate collaborative customer relationships.

• Willingness to travel frequently, typically twice a month for 2–3 days per trip.

• Availability to work Eastern Time hours during standard working hours.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
