Senior Strategic Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Allstate Technology Solution (ATS) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that are in line with the enterprise strategy, business priorities, and technology goals.

• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans, key milestones, and measurable results.

• Oversee daily operational execution across various ATS domains.

• Facilitate connections among cross-functional leaders and teams to coordinate essential activities and ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Proactively identify and address operational challenges and dependencies.

• Assist in OKR reporting and support decision-making processes with senior leadership.

• Highlight key achievements, progress towards strategic goals, and any issues or gaps.

• Enhance the ATS operating model.

• Provide insights from operational execution to inform strategic planning and goal setting.

• Promote innovative methods for defining, implementing, and reporting progress towards strategic objectives.

• Travel to the Chicagoland office at least once per quarter for team meetings, collaboration, and other business-related activities may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience is preferred.

• Background check is required.

• Must have reliable internet with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• A dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions, equipped with suitable desk and seating, is required when working from home.

• This position generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas.
