This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of long-term strategic plans and innovation roadmaps across the enterprise.
• Recognize emerging opportunities, analyze market trends, and create initiatives that foster sustainable growth.
• Construct business cases, strategic frameworks, and operational models that align with investment goals and organizational priorities.
• Organize strategic planning sessions to outline future capabilities, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Convert complex business challenges into practical strategic recommendations.
• Utilize financial concepts such as unit economics, margin contributions, and revenue drivers.
• Prepare presentations for the board, executive materials, and documents to support decision-making.
• Develop methodologies, governance structures, and planning processes for enterprise innovation and long-term strategy.
• Facilitate the launch and implementation of business initiatives across various functional teams.
• Assess business opportunities, technology investments, and operational enhancements for their impact and return on investment (ROI).
• Generate analyses to assess growth trajectories, trade-offs, and investment alternatives.
• Evaluate product performance in relation to market opportunities.
• Assist leaders and stakeholders in determining annual priorities and ensuring alignment with corporate and commercial strategies.
• Report directly to the Director of Corporate Strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and functional teams in Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical position.
• Background in a consulting firm or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating executive-level content.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) to enhance productivity and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in structuring ambiguous business issues and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to independently create executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in a management consulting firm (tier-one or tier-two) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology, hospitality, travel, or marketplace sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of product strategy, portfolio management, or competitive intelligence is an asset.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Effective collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
• High degree of autonomy and ownership; comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote setting.
