📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and implement strategies for healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, and partnerships.

• Assist in the development of current products and components of market offerings.

• Carry out strategic planning, intricate financial and qualitative analyses, and provide thought leadership.

• Present strategic concepts, planning data, medical expense/reimbursement rates, provider performance metrics, and impact assessments to both internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.

• Organize, streamline, and communicate progress toward the completion of the overall work portfolio.

• Collaborate with various departments across the organization on shared initiatives and distinctive projects.

• Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare delivery transformation and/or healthcare reimbursement and strategy.

• Identify, analyze, and track trends in the industry, regulations, technology, and the market.

• Pinpoint operational enhancements utilizing analysis/reporting capabilities, project management techniques, and consulting/engagement methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where applicable).

• Over 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in healthcare delivery transformation and/or healthcare reimbursement and strategy.

• Skills in healthcare consulting, healthcare financial management, healthcare innovation, healthcare management, healthcare reimbursement, healthcare strategic planning, health outcomes, medical reimbursement, performance metrics, physician reimbursement, project management, provider reimbursement, reimbursement, as well as reporting and analysis.
