This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop pipeline across the DACH region by creating opportunities with large enterprises, regulated organizations, and public-sector accounts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from sourcing and qualification through discovery, business case formulation, negotiation, and closing.
• Transform customer interest into pilot programs, support agreements, and enterprise platform opportunities.
• Operate across various target segments and account types instead of adhering to a fixed account list.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Lead DACH on market priorities, opportunities, executive engagement, and deal strategies.
• Work alongside Solutions Engineering on technical discovery, validation, pilot initiatives, and planning for customer rollouts.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, workplace leaders, procurement teams, and compliance stakeholders.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions centered around security, operational confidence, deployment flexibility, and trust.
• Enhance the regional sales approach by pinpointing messages, use cases, and segments that yield the fastest conversions.
• Advocate for Mozilla’s values during customer interactions.
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform sales.
• Proven track record in building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales processes in developing markets, account priorities, or segments.
• Confidence in engaging with senior business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to qualify, prioritize, and act swiftly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the capability to establish structure while selling.
• Experience collaborating closely with technical pre-sales or solutions engineering teams.
• Ability to convey value related to security, resilience, and strategic differentiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (native fluency).
• Driven by privacy, open source, and the creation of technology that serves the public good.
• Nice to have: experience selling to financial services, insurance, public sector, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
• Nice to have: familiarity with categories such as enterprise browsers, endpoint security, Zero Trust, secure access, or digital workplaces.
• Nice to have: experience in entering new markets, early commercial development, or category creation.
• Nice to have: understanding of European procurement dynamics and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
