This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Take charge of and enhance the existing program impact measurement capabilities created in-house and in collaboration with third-party experts such as IQVIA.
β’ Create and uphold analytically rigorous benchmarks for program performance.
β’ Engage in discussions regarding standard and customized measurement methodologies with clients during the pre-sale phase.
β’ Deliver analysis findings to brand marketing teams and client analytics teams.
β’ Guide and mentor Business Analytics Managers in interpreting measurement results, identifying actionable insights, and preparing for client discussions that drive increased sales and renewals.
β’ Act as a statistical consultant and offer guidance to the Data Science team for advanced modeling techniques.
β’ Assist in implementing and scaling survey and market-research-based measurement capabilities.
β’ Oversee vendor relationships for acquiring third-party data.
β’ Collaborate across functions with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and commercial stakeholders to generate actionable insights that enhance healthcare outcomes.
β’ Over 10 years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical role (e.g., statistician, biostatistician), specifically within healthcare, pharma, or a related field.
β’ Practical experience with statistical methodologies and techniques such as test-vs-control study designs, covariate adjustment methods (e.g., ANCOVA), clustering, and more.
β’ Deep understanding of HCP prescription and claims data, including how they are recorded and tracked by data vendors, their significance, and typical data gaps.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including the ability to write complex queries across multiple tables and familiarity with data science libraries.
β’ Experience working with third-party analytics vendors such as IQVIA, including conducting independent studies, engaging in RFPs and contract negotiations, and maintaining professional relationships.
β’ Background in applying data science techniques such as clustering and machine learning to sponsored engagement, utilizing Rx and Dx data to assess impact.
β’ Proven ability to represent yourself externally and lead client discussions regarding program performance analysis.
