Senior Staff Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and expand essential security operations along with exposure management infrastructure.

• Propel complete technical execution from start to finish.

• Oversee the delivery of high-performance microservices and cloud-native solutions.

• Design and create scalable and secure software systems, which include microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.

• Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems utilizing messaging, search stores, and cloud storage solutions.

• Collaborate with front-end engineers to provide high-performance APIs.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote team development through knowledge sharing and guidance.

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot problems, and enhance services with a DevOps approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• 8+ years of practical software application development experience with distributed systems and cloud storage solutions.

• Proficient in Java and Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as DataDog, Grafana, or Prometheus.

• Expertise throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle, including Git, design, deployment, and system optimization.
