Senior Staff Full-stack Engineer – Customer Resiliency

• Contribute technically while mentoring and uplifting peers and junior engineers.

• Spearhead cross-divisional projects that advocate technological best practices.

• Develop communications, code examples, blog entries, and knowledge-sharing resources.

• Act as a trusted advisor on key technologies, platforms, and capability domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Preferred: 12+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, web technologies, designing and building distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• Preferred: 12+ years of programming experience in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.

• Preferred: 10+ years of experience with databases and database management systems.

• Preferred: 12+ years of experience across the full system development lifecycle.

• Preferred: 10+ years of experience with cloud-based productivity tools or virtualization technologies.

• Preferred: 12+ years of experience with networking protocols and integration with third-party distributed systems.

• Preferred: 7+ years of experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional development.

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews or setting coding and design standards.

• Expertise in strategically applying agentic AI coding tools.
