Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of implementation projects, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables align with client expectations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, gaining an understanding of their needs and offering expert advice.

• Design and facilitate training sessions for client stakeholders.

• Tailor and configure software solutions to fulfill client requirements while adhering to industry best practices.

• Identify and address issues and challenges related to the implementation process.

• Document implementation workflows, configurations, and client-specific needs.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to implement and roll out new products.

• Successfully complete a minimum of three customer implementations from kickoff to go-live within two quarters.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the Collectly platform, as well as the implementation framework, tools, systems, and delivery methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare sector or healthcare SaaS.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex implementation projects from start to finish.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with healthcare software systems.

• Capability to understand technical concepts for effective communication with development teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.

• Proficiency in analyzing issues, thinking critically, and providing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work efficiently both within and across departments.

• Flexibility and comfort in giving and receiving feedback.

• Basic understanding of revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer relationships.

• Experience in implementing SaaS solutions, preferably within healthcare or revenue cycle management contexts.

• Knowledge of cloud-based deployment models, system integrations such as APIs and EHR/PM systems, data migration, and configuration best practices.
