Senior Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead complex implementations of Silia autonomously, taking ownership of complete modules and workflows.

• Gather requirements during discovery sessions and translate them into implementation specifications, POCs, and demos for the client.

• Configure AI agents, including RAG, domain topics, and business rules.

• Build API integrations and n8n connections to the client's systems.

• Collaborate with AI agents to construct, test, and document, validating and correcting their outcomes.

• Transform repetitive tasks into templates, workflows, or reusable agents.

• Conduct testing and debugging processes.

• Document results and keep technical documentation up to date.

• Report progress and risks in a timely manner.

• Analyze and propose solutions for escalating issues.

• Serve as the technical reference for the implementation team and the final escalation point.

• Define standards and practices for AI usage within the team.

• Be accountable for scope, timelines, and quality commitments while maintaining client stability, security, and trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a backend or fullstack developer, or in technical implementation or integration of enterprise SaaS platforms.

• At least 2 years of experience leading client-facing implementations or technical projects from start to finish.

• Minimum B2 English proficiency, with evaluation during interviews.

• Experience in defining integration architectures among multiple systems.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON/XML.

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or others into real applications or processes.

• Regular use of agent-based AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.

• B2 English or higher to facilitate sessions with stakeholders.

• Desirable: experience with n8n or other automation platforms.

• Desirable: experience with RAG.

• Desirable: familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Graph) or WhatsApp Business API.

• Desirable: experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).

• Desirable: knowledge of enterprise security requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
