Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of intricate, multi-month deployments from start to finish across various health systems.

• Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to guarantee timely go-lives.

• Provide guidance to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders regarding labor planning, staffing, and management.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal departments.

• Create and enhance deployment playbooks tailored for academic medical centers and multi-union health systems.

• Establish launching procedures for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll construction.

• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success teams on client-success processes, tools, and workflows.

• Work together with Product, Design, and Engineering on new product lines and growth-driven ARR expansion.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, promote organizational change, and design healthcare deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with audiences from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional deployments from planning to go-live.

• Ability to foresee risks, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Established credibility with nurses, physicians, and hospital staff as a consultant.

• Experience in change management, including fostering buy-in and supporting adoption.

• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.

• Capability to work remotely within the US or be based at the San Francisco headquarters.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer sites throughout the year.

• Authorization to work in the US.
